What happens to a friend or family member's account if an employee leaves our company?

Their access is automatically revoked. If the member was paying for any part of their subscription, their access ends at their current billing period. If their plan was subsidized by your company, access is revoked immediately. In both cases, they are notified and offered a chance to sign up for a personal Aaptiv plan.
