What happens if the employee who invited me leaves their job or ends their Aaptiv membership?

You will be notified that your access is ending. If you have an active paid subscription, you will lose access to Aaptiv at the end of your current billing period. You will then be given an offer to sign up for your own personal Aaptiv app subscription to continue using the app. The gym network will no longer be available.
