What are the steps to disconnect fitness apps from Aaptiv?

  1. Tap the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Tap Connected Apps.
  3. Tap the [-] icon next to the app you wish to disconnect. Note: For a complete disconnection, you may also need to open your third-party app (e.g., Apple Health, Garmin) and remove Aaptiv from your sharing permissions there.
