What are the steps to connect my device and fitness apps to Aaptiv?

To connect your compatible device to Aaptiv:

1.  Tap the 3 lines in upper left hand corner

2.  Tap Settings

3.  Tap Connected apps

4.  In "Connected Apps" select the + sign to connect
