What are Health Minutes?

Health Minutes track how much active exercise you do each week.

Health experts at the CDC and WHO recommend 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity exercise (e.g. brisk walking, elliptical trainer, Pilates) or 75 mins of vigorous-intensity exercise (e.g. running, boxing, cycling, HIlT). To reach your goal, combine moderate and vigorous activities. Each minute of moderate-intensity exercise counts as one health minute, and each minute of vigorous activity counts as two Health Minutes.
