How to remove yourself from a Challenge
When you sign up for a challenge, you are asked to commit the days of the week you will be performing the workouts. You will see these workouts fall on these calendar days.
If you choose to not continue on with the challenge, you can remove yourself which will remove these workouts from your calendar. Here's how!
Tap the "info" button, then select "Finish Program"
Now, this is no longer found on your calendar in the "Today" tab.
