How Prorated Billing Works with Tier Updates

If you upgrade or downgrade your Gym Network Tier, your membership fee will be adjusted on a prorated basis based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

 

Upgrading Your Tier

When you move to a higher tier, you'll gain access to the new tier immediately. The difference in cost between your current tier and your new tier will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Tier

When you move to a lower tier (for example, from ELITE to PREMIUM) your membership fee will also be adjusted on a prorated basis. Any applicable credit for the difference in cost will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

What Will I See on My Bill?

Because tier changes are prorated, you may see a billing amount that differs from your standard monthly rate following the change. Your next invoice will reflect the prorated adjustment along with your new membership rate.

After that billing cycle, you'll be charged the regular rate associated with your selected tier going forward.
