How do I reactivate my account so I may access the Gym Network again?
Ready to come back? Great! Here's how.
Rejoin through the Aaptiv app:
- Open the Aaptiv app
- Tap on Gym Locator on the Today tab
- Tap on the Member Code that is highlighted in blue
- Tap on Upgrade Membership to upgrade your tier
Rejoin through the Aaptiv website:
- Go to https://my.aaptiv.com/login and log in with your email address and password.
- Once logged in, look at the upper right for your name. Click on it and select membership settings.
- On the next screen, look towards the left and click on Manage Membership.
- When information appears on the right side, please click on Manage Subscription or Fitness Network
