How do I pay with my HSA/FSA for my Aaptiv membership?

Select your Aaptiv and/or preferred Gym Network membership plan and complete your purchase using a standard credit or debit card. Upon completion, you will receive an email prompting you to complete a quick clinical intake form with TrueMed. You will also need to email our Support Team (support@aaptiv.com) to request a detailed receipt of your payment. If the independent practitioner determines that Aaptiv is medically necessary for your health needs, you will be issued a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). You can then submit this LMN, along with your Aaptiv receipt, directly to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. You will need to submit a receipt monthly to receive your reimbursement.
