How can I reset my password?

For existing users or an active or cancelled account, simply tap here.  Simply enter the email address associated, and you will be sent an email to assist in resetting you password.

From the Aaptiv app log in screen, select "Already a Member? Log In" and click the Forgot your Password? link. 

or 

From the website:  Go to https://my.aaptiv.com/login and log in with your email address and password. Once logged in, look at the upper right for your name. Click on it and select Membership Settings.  Then you are able to click Account Information.  Here is where you can reset your password.
